New Assignments

RECEIVING

• E-mail/fax assignments directly to our office (assignments@atlanticclaims.com) 910-509-9620.

• Click here for Claims Form Submission

• Include task schedule along with assignment.

• Upon receipt, immediate contact will be made by the assigned resident adjuster.

CLAIM CONFORMATION

• Confirmation will be sent regarding all received assignments, daily at the close of the business day. (Eastern Standard Time)

• Contact home office with any claim inquiries.

INVOICING

• Each file is accompanied by its own invoice with fee breakdown.

• Terms are net 10 unless other arrangements have been made prior.

• All past due invoices and outstanding balances are subject to an interest rate of 1.5% per month.

CONTRACTING

• Atlantic Claims Inc. agrees to have and maintain $1,000,000.00 in general liability coverage.

• Atlantic Claims Inc. agrees to have and maintain proper and sufficient E & O coverage.

• All employees, subcontractors and/or associates of Atlantic Claims Inc. carry E & O insurance.
