Accommodations - Each person that enrolls will be responsible for their own lodging and travel expenses, there is no cost for the one day seminar.

Enrollment - We request that you contact our office @ 910-509-1300 Monday - Friday 8 - 5 Est and ask to speak to Jodi Chilcote.  You will be emailed an enrollment package to fill out and return.  At that time your seat will be confirmed.
